Firstly I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Georgie, the founder of Plentiful Nutrition. I've just finished my 4th year studying Nutrition/Dietetics and Exercise Movement Science at QUT. 

Plentiful Nutrition was designed to express the significance of all 5 food groups represented by the Dietetics Association of Australia through food and recipes. If you have a look at the logo each quadrant represents the different food groups: fruits and vegetables, breads and cereals, dairy foods, meats and alternatives. Each recipe has been designed and prepared by myself with the intentions of providing complete nutrition. 

Every Monday I will release a new recipe which includes the ingredients, method, and a breakdown of the nutrition information If you are interested in healthy recipes that are designed around the Australian Dietary Guidelines than Plentiful Nutrition is for you.
